At Ohzen, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below:
1. Eligibility:
- Returns: Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Exchanges: Items can be exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to availability.
2. Condition of Items:
- All returned or exchanged items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags and packaging intact. Items that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted.
3. Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@ohzenofficla.com for a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Once you receive the RA number, pack the item securely and include a copy of your original receipt or order confirmation.
- Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team. Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns.
4. Return Shipping Costs:
- Domestic Returns: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our part.
5. Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges:
- We currently do not accept exchanges.
7. Final Sale Items:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
